We are looking for an ICT Support professional for our Tunis office.


Scope of the role


You will be part of our CRM Tech area and specifically in the Infrastructure area where you will deal with the management of system and networking issues. Specifically, you will be involved in managing the setup and operation of ICT infrastructure and application platforms to support technological services that the Company provides.


What will be your main activities?


  • installation of the peripheral components of the platform (telephone, applicative, network, etc.)
  • setup / system configuration of the machines
  • setup / network devices configuration
  • applicative components configuration
  • preventive ordinary maintenance
  • corrective maintenance, in compliance with contractual KPIs


What are your characteristics?


  • you are a graduate or an undergraduate in technical-IT disciplines;
  • you have gained previous experience of at least 3 years in companies in the IT sector and / or system integrators
  • you have a solid IT-system training and a strong sensitivity
  • you have excellent interpersonal skills, problem solving, teamwork and good stress management
  • you have a fluent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
  • knowledge of Italian (written and spoken) is appreciated
  • you are available to possible work transfers


What are your technical skills?


  • ability to identify and solve both HW and SW type problems
  • excellent ability to manage network devices (routers, L2 / L3 switches, protocols, etc.)
  • excellent knowledge of Windows server infrastructures 2008 / 2008R2 / 2012 /2016 (Domains, Active Directory, Policy, DHCP, DNS, etc.)
  • good knowledge of firewall devices (SonicWall)
  • specific expertise on Avaya, Asterisk telephone infrastructures is very welcomed
  • Microsoft, VMware and Cisco certifications are welcomed
